Description

As a Senior Compliance Expert, you will design, architect, and drive the global compliance and business sustainability framework for Roche Diagnostics Solutions and key US Diagnostics sites. You will implement proactive, business-oriented compliance operations covering monitoring, auditing, policy development, transparency, HCP/HCO engagements, and investigations, while leading training and communication across the organization. The role also focuses on improving program maturity, optimizing resources, and delivering executive reporting and data-driven compliance strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Implement global, divisional, and RDS compliance initiatives aligned with Group Compliance Leadership decisions
  • Design and maintain a robust compliance framework to protect license to operate and drive process enhancements
  • Lead risk-based annual audit and monitoring plan, manage findings and corrective actions
  • Develop, deliver, and communicate compliance curricula, policies, and risk-awareness programs
  • Oversee internal investigations, policy maintenance, HCP/HCO engagements, FMV, and transparency reporting
  • Prepare and present strategic updates on compliance program operations and progress to senior leadership
  • Use data insights to guide compliance strategies and support second-line initiatives
  • Collaborate with regional leads and second-line functions to integrate compliance into business projects
  • Standardize processes and streamline practices enterprise-wide (“OneRoche”)
  • Promote an agile mindset within the Diagnostics Compliance Network

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of related experience OR 12-15 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations with experience across international markets (change management skills required)
  • Track record of stakeholder alignment across functions
  • English fluency required
  • Ability to operate with discretion on sensitive issues and exercise independent judgment
