Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and advanced analytics solutions that accelerate digital transformation across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D, and corporate functions. Build LLM-based assistants and intelligent agents, conversational natural-language-to-SQL, semantic search/document intelligence/knowledge management, and scalable analytics platforms. Partner with business teams to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate requirements into production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures

  • Build AI assistants, intelligent agents, chatbots, and copilot solutions for engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain workflows

  • Develop natural-language-to-SQL capabilities for conversational access to enterprise data

  • Implement semantic search, document intelligence, and knowledge management solutions

  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and lead pilot projects to demonstrate business value

  • Build analytical tools and automation platforms using Python, SAS, SQL, and cloud-native technologies

  • Apply machine learning, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, forecasting, and optimization techniques

  • Design and implement scalable AI and analytics applications across multiple business units

  • Develop APIs, web applications, and self-service analytical platforms

  • Create reusable frameworks and accelerators for scalable, faster development

  • Design and maintain analytical data models, views, and datasets in Snowflake and cloud platforms such as GCP/BigQuery

  • Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams on scalable data architectures supporting AI and analytics

  • Investigate and resolve data quality, integration, and pipeline issues affecting business-critical analytics

  • Support enterprise data governance and data quality programs

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities and communicate solution roadmaps and value

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a related technical field (Data Science, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, AI, or Machine Learning)

  • 5+ years of experience developing data science, machine learning, AI, or analytics solutions

  • Strong expertise in Python and SQL

  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and RAG

  • Experience developing enterprise AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, Vertex AI, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar

  • Production cloud deployment experience on GCP, AWS, or Azure

  • Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and optimization

  • Experience developing REST APIs and scalable software applications

  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar

  • Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI deployment

  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau (or similar visualization platforms)

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
