Description

Support the security team with processes for personnel reliability verification, security and crisis-situation training, and the administration of access credentials. Handle issuance of identity cards and one-time/zone access, manage entry/traffic permits, and assist with security testing. Communicate with employees and security stakeholders as well as with relevant aviation authorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the process of obtaining personnel reliability verification for current and future employees

• Assist in preparing and delivering security and crisis-situation training

• Issue identification cards (IDC)

• Provide one-time entries to the SRA zone

• Ensure transit/entry permits for LKPR

• Participate in security testing activities

• Communicate with current/future employees and other security units

• Coordinate with UCL and Prague Airport

• Administer department documentation and training records

Requirements

• Active Czech and English proficiency

• Practical Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; Word and Outlook as a baseline

• Willingness to learn new things

• Independent, reliable, and proactive approach

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to keep up with the team pace and handle stressful situations

• Clean criminal record extract

• Ability to start immediately (by mutual agreement)
