• Role: SAP Cloud User Administration Specialist (User & Access Management)

Description

Manage and develop user accounts, roles, and permissions in both SAP on-premise and SAP cloud systems (e.g., ECC, RISE, BTP). Work with identity-management solutions and define security and compliance policies for user & access management. Support internal/external audits through reporting and collaborate with IT security, SAP Basis, internal audit, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop user accounts, roles, and access permissions in SAP on-premise and SAP cloud
• Support identity-management solutions (e.g., SAP Identity Authentication Service, Identity Provisioning Service)
• Define and implement security and compliance guidelines for User & Access Management
• Prepare reports and support audits for internal and external review
• Interface between IT security, internal audit, SAP Basis, and business units
• Participate in projects (e.g., S4 ERP transformation, governance initiatives)
• Collaborate with internal teams, external service providers, and SAP support

Requirements

• Degree (Diploma/Master) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a technical discipline with several years of IT experience
• Experience in SAP User Management and authorization/permissions
• Experience working with IT security and governance teams
• Structured, independent working style with teamwork ability
• German and English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Willingness for continuous learning and interest in innovative technologies
• Advantage: experience with Governance Risk & Compliance solutions
• Advantage: experience with Microsoft Entra ID or other identity providers in hybrid SAP cloud landscapes
• Advantage: knowledge of Identity & Access Management and authentication methods (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect)
