Description

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a Virality and Customer Engagement program. Turn ideas into measurable user and revenue growth by building growth engines, running fast AI-assisted iteration and experiments, and making data-based product bets. Oversee scaled portfolio planning, resource allocation, and delivery coordination across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build growth engines: referral loops, viral features, educational & habit-forming feature sets, and loyalty mechanisms

• Get things done: leverage AI to iterate fast, experiment, and deliver results

• Make data-based decisions: translate data insights into clear, prioritized product bets

• Ship at scale: oversee portfolio planning, resource allocation, dependency management, and stakeholder communication

• Raise the bar: recruit, coach, and develop high-performing talent; establish best-practice delivery rituals; apply design thinking and data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• Documented track record of building growth and viral loops products at large scale

• Minimum 3 years of leading a mid-size organization structure (15–20+ people) as a direct manager

• Strong product mindset; ability to build end-to-end products from concept through engineering implementation to results

• Strong UX/UI taste for beautiful implementations

• Understanding of how engineering teams operate and what outputs they can deliver

• Ability to challenge and raise the bar for delivery speed

• Fluent English
