Description

Own growth across retention, acquisition, mobile app development, and international expansion for a technology platform in Central Europe. You will lead a ~7-person marketing team while connecting marketing, product, data, and business to deliver measurable outcomes. The role includes long-term marketing strategy, daily execution, and building marketing playbooks for new markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive user retention and activation
• Support mobile app growth
• Lead acquisition of new users
• Expand to foreign markets
• Manage marketing budget
• Create and test new revenue streams
• Apply AI and automation in marketing, content, creatives, user workflows, and internal processes
• Own long-term marketing strategy and its day-to-day execution
• Manage the marketing team and actively identify growth opportunities across the entire company
• Build market-specific marketing playbooks without simply copying local activity
• Collaborate closely with product, data, sales, and customer teams; report directly to the CEO

Requirements

• Experience leading a marketing or growth team
• Expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and CRM
• Experience with retention, segmentation, and personalization
• Ability to run and optimize the marketing funnel
• Experience with market expansion or launching in new markets
• Proven ability to manage people, agencies, and vendors
• Strong command of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, cohort analysis, conversion rates, marketing profitability) to identify what drives growth
• Ability to operate without perfect roadmaps and take ownership for results
