Description

Lead delivery management for a large portfolio of clients and thousands of projects in Poland. Ensure delivery health visibility, establish effective governance, and maintain high delivery quality and client satisfaction across engagement models. Scale proven AI-first practices and represent delivery leadership in senior client conversations while mentoring Delivery Managers and Program Managers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery health oversight across the Poland portfolio; identify risks early

• Set governance for clear ownership, fast decisions, and measurable outcomes

• Drive consistent delivery quality and client satisfaction across engagement models

• Ensure delivery teams understand business context and client goals

• Support key accounts directly through escalations and pivotal delivery moments

• Build an industry-informed delivery leadership layer connecting expertise with execution

• Scale AI-native, AI-first delivery practices and raise the bar for AI-led engineering

• Work with account and engagement leadership to mature engagement models where it creates value

• Represent the organization credibly in senior client-facing discussions and strategic visits

• Standardize client-centricity and empower Delivery Managers

• Collaborate in presales and ensure smooth transitions into delivery

• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and CEE Engagement across the engagement lifecycle

• Contribute to regional and global delivery leadership forums

• Lead, mentor, and develop Delivery Managers and Program Managers community

• Support hiring, talent strategy, coaching, and a high-performance culture

Requirements

• 15+ years in IT delivery, engineering, or consulting

• 5+ years in senior delivery leadership managing portfolios and leading managers

• Track record across large, complex, multi-stream engagements with global clients

• Comfort operating in a matrixed, multi-stakeholder environment

• Experience with multiple delivery models: T&M, managed capacity, managed services, fixed price

• Active involvement in presales, solution shaping, and commercial negotiation

• Prior hands-on engineering background; genuine technology credibility

• Strong grasp of modern software engineering, cloud platforms, and AI-native delivery practices

• Fluent English (C1+)
