Description

Lead delivery management across Poland’s portfolio by maintaining visibility into delivery health, identifying risks early, and enabling well-informed decisions. Ensure delivery teams understand business context and client goals, and keep key accounts supported through senior conversations and escalations. Scale proven AI-first practices and raise the bar for AI-led engineering outcomes while mentoring Delivery Managers and Program Managers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear picture of delivery health across Poland’s portfolio and identify risks early

• Establish governance with clear ownership, fast decisions, and measurable outcomes

• Ensure consistently high delivery quality and client satisfaction across engagement models

• Connect delivery execution to business context, client goals, and industry expertise

• Stay close to key accounts and step in for senior conversations, escalations, and pivotal delivery moments

• Scale AI-native delivery practices across the portfolio

• Collaborate with account and engagement leadership to move accounts toward higher-maturity engagement models

• Represent credibly in senior client-facing conversations and own strategic client visits

• Set client-centric standards and empower Delivery Managers as client partners

• Collaborate in presales and ensure smooth transition into delivery

• Work with Sales, Account Management, and CEE Engagement leadership across the full engagement lifecycle

• Contribute to regional and global delivery leadership forums and share Poland’s expertise

• Lead, mentor, and develop Delivery Managers and Program Managers community

• Support hiring and talent strategy and invest in coaching and high-performance culture

Requirements

• 15+ years in IT delivery, engineering, or consulting environments

• 5+ years in senior delivery leadership managing portfolios and leading teams of managers with close P&L collaboration

• Proven track record delivering large, complex, multi-stream engagements with global clients

• Comfortable working in a matrixed, multi-stakeholder environment

• Experience across multiple delivery models: T&M, managed capacity, managed services, fixed price

• Active involvement in presales, solution shaping, and commercial negotiation

• Hands-on engineering background with genuine technology credibility

• Strong grasp of modern software engineering, cloud platforms, and AI-native delivery practices

• Fluent English (C1+)
