Description

Lead delivery management across Poland’s multi-client portfolio, maintaining delivery health, governance, quality, and client satisfaction. You will partner with senior client stakeholders, support key accounts with escalations and strategic visits, and scale AI-first delivery practices across delivery models. You will also lead and mentor Delivery Managers and Program Managers and contribute to presales, transitions into delivery, and delivery-led growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery health visibility across the Poland portfolio; identify risks early and enable informed decisions

• Establish delivery governance with clear ownership, fast decisions, and measurable outcomes

• Ensure consistently high delivery quality and client satisfaction across engagement models

• Operate with strong business context and client goal alignment

• Stay close to key accounts and step in for senior conversations, escalations, and pivotal delivery moments

• Provide domain-informed delivery leadership connecting industry expertise with delivery execution

• Scale proven AI-first practices across the portfolio and raise the bar for AI-led engineering outcomes

• Help advance accounts toward higher-maturity engagement models where it delivers mutual value

• Represent credibly in senior client conversations; lead strategic client visits

• Set the standard for client-centricity and empower Delivery Managers as client partners

• Collaborate in presales and ensure smooth transitions from pursuit into delivery

• Work with Sales, Account Management, and CEE engagement leadership across the engagement lifecycle; identify delivery-led growth opportunities

• Contribute to regional and global delivery leadership forums; influence standards and share expertise

• Lead, mentor, and develop Delivery Managers and Program Managers community across Poland

• Support hiring and delivery talent strategy; coach and sustain a high-performance culture

Requirements

• 15+ years in IT delivery, engineering, or consulting environments

• 5+ years in senior delivery leadership managing portfolios, leading managers, and working with P&L

• Proven delivery track record across large, complex, multi-stream engagements with global clients

• Experience across multiple delivery models: T&M, managed capacity, managed services, fixed price

• Active involvement in presales, solution shaping, and commercial negotiation

• Hands-on engineering background required; strong technology credibility

• Strong understanding of modern software engineering, cloud platforms, and AI-native delivery practices

• C1+ English proficiency

• Ability to lead by example in an AI-first environment
