Description

Lead and support a team of SAP Logistics experts, overseeing SAP Logistics operations and building high-performance teams across global locations. Drive global strategic initiatives, contribute to discipline growth, and craft proposals and statements of work for SAP projects in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders. Serve as a direct contact for customers regarding delivery, team performance, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Logistics experts; provide direction and oversee SAP Logistics operations
• Build and nurture high-performance SAP Logistics teams across global locations
• Lead employee lifecycle activities: hiring, staffing, utilization, performance, promotion, compensation
• Drive global strategic initiatives contributing to growth of the SAP Logistics discipline
• Craft proposals and prepare statements of work for SAP projects with IT and business stakeholders
• Manage direct customer relations for delivery matters, team performance, and project timeline/schedule
• Maintain expert-level knowledge in SAP Logistics and ensure adherence to best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• At least 7 years of proven SAP Logistics leadership experience
• Track record leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Success delivering multiple large-scale multi-disciplinary projects, including customer-facing roles
• Outstanding leadership skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Forward-thinking approach to technological innovation
• English fluency at B2+ level or higher
