Description

You will work on long-term projects for an international organization in the financial sector, applying SRE and Production Engineering practices to keep production systems reliable. The role includes incident analysis, outage diagnosis, improving fault tolerance, and strengthening overall system stability. You will also work with tools and solutions that use LLM/AI and collaborate with international teams using Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high availability and reliability of production systems

• Develop SRE/Production Engineering solutions and improve stability

• Analyze incidents, diagnose failure root causes, and resolve production issues

• Improve fault-tolerance and system resilience

• Work with LLM/AI-enabled tools and solutions

• Collaborate with international teams in Scrum

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience (Regular) or 6 years (Senior)

• Experience in SRE, Production Engineering, DevOps, or related areas

• Experience with production systems with high reliability requirements

• Practical incident management and outage analysis experience

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, GitLab, and Git

• Cloud experience: Azure preferred (other clouds acceptable)

• Good Linux skills plus understanding of TCP/IP and HTTP

• Experience with LLM/AI tools, especially in production environments

• Very good English proficiency (at least B2)
