Description

You will advise clients on their most challenging technology, strategy, and transformation issues from a Data Management and Governance perspective. The role includes crafting data governance strategies and technology solutions to help clients achieve their “data North Star,” while ensuring data reliability, security, and quality in agile environments.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior executives to define and execute Enterprise-wide Data Management & Governance strategy programs and business cases

  • Lead Data Management & Governance assessments to improve maturity via strategy, roadmaps, and implementation plans

  • Build technology solutions for Data Management & Governance using a modern data stack to create enterprise value

  • Deliver end-to-end services from strategy ideation and use-case elaboration to MVP implementation and scaling

  • Lead customer conversations and work with architecture teams to define modern Data Management architecture and practices across the data lifecycle

  • Support business development: proposals, Statements of Work, and client presentations

  • Create consulting offerings and reusable templates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years in a consulting role leading Data Management & Governance initiatives

  • Practical subject-matter expertise in at least 2–3 of: Data Governance operating model & policies, Data Quality, Master Data Management, Metadata Management & Data Cataloging, Data Lineage, Data Compliance

  • Understanding of data governance frameworks (DAMA, DCAM), methodologies, processes, and how to implement them

  • Practical expertise in conducting maturity assessments and gap analysis, and providing roadmap and implementation guidelines

  • Hands-on experience running customer workshops and collaboration sessions to discover priorities, understand current state, and determine readiness

  • Extensive expertise with a modern data stack, agile environments, and high-end technologies

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication for client discussions and concise documentation
