Description

You will help clients solve complex Data Management and Governance challenges by crafting data strategies and technology solutions aligned to an enterprise data North Star. The role emphasizes consulting with senior executives, governance assessments and roadmaps, and designing modern data management architecture and practices across the data lifecycle. You’ll deliver end-to-end support from use-case ideation and MVP implementation to scaling solutions enterprise-wide.

Responsibilities

  • Engage senior executives to define and execute Enterprise-wide Data Management & Governance strategy programs and business cases
  • Lead Data Management & Governance assessments and develop maturity roadmaps and implementation plans
  • Build technology solutions for Data Management & Governance, leveraging business and IT capabilities to create organizational value
  • Provide end-to-end services from strategy ideation and use-case elaboration to MVP implementation and enterprise scaling
  • Lead customer conversations and collaborate with architecture teams to define modern Data Management architecture and lifecycle management practices
  • Support business development with proposal development, Statements of Work, and client presentations
  • Create consulting offerings and reusable templates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years in a consulting role leading Data Management & Governance initiatives
  • Deep subject matter expertise in at least 2–3 of: Data Governance operating model & policies, Data Quality, Master Data Management, Metadata Management & Data Cataloging, Data Lineage, Data Compliance
  • Understanding of Data Governance frameworks (DAMA, DCAM) and how to implement them
  • Practical expertise in maturity assessment, gap analysis, and producing strategic roadmaps and implementation guidelines
  • Hands-on experience running customer workshops to discover priorities and determine readiness for an enterprise Data Management & Governance vision
  • Extensive practical expertise with modern data stack, agile environments, and high-end technologies
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) for client discussions and concise documentation
