Description

You will analyze and perform manual testing for a network asset management system used in the energy sector. The role combines business analysis, designing application features, configuring systems, and creating and executing test scenarios and cases. You will also support user acceptance testing, maintain documentation, and work closely with developers.

Responsibilities

• Direct client contact

• Business analysis

• Design applications and new functionality for ERP/EAM-class systems

• Configure systems

• Prepare test scenarios and test cases; conduct manual testing

• Support users during acceptance testing and system maintenance stage

• Provide trainings related to the business domain

• Develop and supervise project and post-implementation documentation for business and system analysis

• Collaborate closely with developers

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst

• Experience in identifying business needs and defining IT solution requirements

• UML and BPMN modeling experience (min. 2 years)

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Ability to create SQL queries

• Willingness to work primarily as a manual tester

• Client collaboration, problem solving, and creativity

• Independence, availability, and good self-organization

• Teamwork skills

• Higher education (technical/economic/university studies with IT-related subjects)
