Description

You will analyze business needs and translate them into clear, functional requirements for sustainable digital solutions. You’ll partner with stakeholders to define, document, and validate requirements, and support the Product Owner with backlog management and prioritization. You will also help plan testing (functional and UAT), support rollouts and change management, assess business impact, and provide functional support in production.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements

• Define, document, and validate requirements with business stakeholders

• Support the Product Owner with backlog management and prioritizing requests

• Plan and support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Support solution rollouts and change management activities

• Identify business impacts of new solutions and support action plans

• Act as a link between business stakeholders and project/maintenance teams

• Provide functional support, monitor production, and coordinate user requests

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis

• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and IT teams

• Practical knowledge of functional testing and UAT

• Experience with backlog management, prioritization, and change management

• Strong expertise in Jira for project management and task tracking

• Proficiency in BPMN and UML for process modeling and requirements documentation

• Ability to assess business impact and define appropriate actions

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Hybrid availability: 2–3 days per week from the office (Warsaw)
