Description

You will analyze client business and system requirements for a support system used in AML and anti-fraud (anti-fraud) activities, and translate them into concrete system solutions. You will run analytical workshops, create analytical documentation (requirements specs, user documentation, and test scenarios), and prepare data to estimate development and implementation effort. You will also support the software production process from functional requirements gathering through developer specifications, internal testing, and client quality acceptance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and system requirements for AML and anti-fraud use cases

  • Facilitate analytical workshops with clients

  • Create analytical documents: requirements specifications, user documentation, test scenarios

  • Prepare data to estimate workload for modifications and system implementations

  • Support the software production lifecycle: gather functional requirements, prepare specifications for developers, conduct internal testing, and assist with quality acceptance with the client

  • Support the bid/offer process

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business-Systems Analyst

  • Knowledge of finance and banking domain

  • Understanding of how IT systems work

  • Practical day-to-day use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or similar) to automate tasks, testing, and data analysis

  • Relational databases knowledge and hands-on SQL

  • Ability to run analytical workshops to collect business requirements

  • Ability to create requirements specifications and analytical documents for banking projects

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • High interpersonal competence, thoroughness, and accuracy

  • English proficiency (B2/C1) in speech and writing

  • Higher education (preferred: mathematics, economics, banking or related)
