Description

You will sell practical, tailor-made AI training for Czech companies. Sales are done from home via phone calls and online meetings, using company lead data provided by the employer. Courses may be funded through a grant program if conditions are met and the application is approved.

Responsibilities

• Make phone calls and hold online meetings with company leads
• Present and sell AI, digitalization, and automation training courses tailored to companies
• Use provided CRM, call scripts, and sales support from the team
• Cooperate on an IČO basis

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales
• Active daily outbound approach (taking phone calls and engaging prospects regularly)
• Motivation to work consistently toward results (commission-based, no hourly cap)
• Willingness to cooperate on IČO
