Description

Sell and consult AI, ERP/CRM systems, and automation for business needs. Help customers identify processes currently done manually, where errors occur, and what can be handled by systems or AI—then propose concrete, tailored solutions. The technical team supports the technical part; your role is to drive outreach, meetings, and deal closure.

Responsibilities

• Actively acquire new B2B customers/leads

• Initiate contact (including phone) and open opportunities

• Lead sales meetings

• Understand and analyze the customer’s real problem through active listening

• Manage and close sales opportunities

Requirements

• Active B2B lead generation

• Comfortable with phone outreach and first contact

• Ability to run business sales meetings

• Strong listening and problem discovery

• Ability to close deals

• Self-driven and able to organize work independently

• Experience with IT, SaaS, ERP, or related technologies is preferred
