Description

You will proactively search for and approach IT specialists (primarily via LinkedIn), then guide candidates through the hiring process from first contact to onboarding. The role includes building new sourcing paths, collaborating with business teams and hiring managers, and aligning expectations for both candidates and hiring managers. You will also help set up recruitment channels and support the implementation of an ATS.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience

• Experience with IT hiring (experience from a personnel agency is an advantage)

• Understanding of technologies and IT roles in the market

• Very good working knowledge of LinkedIn

• Independence and ability to drive tasks to completion

• “Headhunter” mindset with an active outreach approach
