Description

We’re looking for an experienced, driven, and proactive IT Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for technical and niche positions, partnering with Hiring Managers and Staffing teams to run full cycles that match fast-changing client project needs.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment: run full recruitment cycles for a wide variety of technical and niche roles
  • Business partnership: act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and Staffing teams; understand, qualify and prioritize recruitment needs
  • Sourcing & Headhunting: use advanced LinkedIn sourcing tools, Boolean/X-Ray search, and strategic networking to reach and engage passive candidates (including specialists with niche profiles)
  • Process and ATS management: manage multiple complex recruitment processes simultaneously; ensure accurate ATS data; report recruitment funnel progress and metrics
  • Market expertise: track technology trends, local IT market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks; advise stakeholders and optimize sourcing strategies
  • Process optimization & mentorship: propose and implement improvements to TA processes; share knowledge with the team
  • Candidate experience and employer branding: ensure the highest candidate experience; support local employer branding (industry events, tech meetups, job fairs)
  • AI-driven solutions: integrate AI and automation into sourcing and hiring workflows to accelerate outreach, analyze talent pools, and optimize recruitment efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Very good hands-on knowledge of direct search and sourcing methodologies: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and alternative candidate sourcing channels
  • Strong understanding of the Polish IT market; familiarity with SDLC, tech stacks, and key technical roles within development teams
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and advocate recommendations
  • Excellent work organization; proven ability to run multiple complex processes at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset; focus on achieving shared TA team goals and continuous improvement
  • Very good command of English (min. B2), spoken and written
  • Practical experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., GenAI, automated sourcing assistants) to optimize workflows, draft outreach, or refine search strategies is a strong asset
