Description

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Junior IT Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on dynamic end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, using direct search and process optimization to build teams for fast-changing client projects. AI-driven sourcing and workflow automation are part of the daily hiring process.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: run full recruitment cycles for a variety of technical roles
• Business partnership: collaborate with Hiring Managers and Staffing teams to understand, qualify, and prioritize recruitment needs
• Sourcing: use LinkedIn sourcing tools, Boolean/X-Ray search, and networking to reach passive candidates (including niche specialists)
• Process and ATS management: manage multiple complex processes, ensure ATS data accuracy, and report recruitment funnel progress to internal stakeholders
• Market expertise: stay on top of technology trends and the local IT market to optimize sourcing strategies
• Process optimization: propose and implement improvements to TA processes and share knowledge with the team
• Candidate experience and employer branding: ensure high candidate experience and support local employer branding (e.g., industry events and job fairs)
• AI-driven solutions: integrate AI and automation tools into daily sourcing and hiring workflows to accelerate outreach, analyze talent pools, and optimize workflows

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Hands-on knowledge of direct search: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative candidate sourcing channels
• Understanding of the Polish IT market; familiarity with SDLC and key roles within development teams
• Strong communication skills: build relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, advocate for recommendations
• Strong work organization: run multiple processes at once in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset focused on shared TA team goals
• English command at least B2 (spoken and written)
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools (GenAI, automated sourcing assistants) is a strong asset
