Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Poland and broader EU markets. This is a permanent, fully remote role based in India, ideal for recruiters with agency experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with international clients.

The role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and closing high-quality technical talent while ensuring timely and compliant hiring across multiple EU countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle technical recruitment for roles based in Poland and other EU countries, from requirement intake to offer closure.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and delivery timelines.
• Source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and EU work eligibility.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, manage feedback loops, and support offer negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with EU labor laws, GDPR, and country-specific hiring regulations.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within ATS/CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs.
• Provide regular hiring updates, candidate insights, and market intelligence to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in a recruitment agency or consulting environment.
• Exposure to Poland or EU-based hiring is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of EU hiring practices, employment types (permanent/contract), and notice periods.
• Experience recruiting for IT / Technology roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of GDPR compliance and ethical recruitment practices.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools and LinkedIn sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
