Description

You will apply and further develop agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban to enable efficient collaboration in IT teams. You will analyze, design, introduce, and continuously optimize IT processes and workflows, and assess new technologies, methods, and trends for their added value within existing system landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collaboration between business units, IT, software development, and other stakeholders

• Capture, analyze, evaluate, and prioritize functional and technical requirements in close alignment with those involved

• Support agile teams with process design, work organization, and delivery of shared goals

• Identify optimization potential and develop and implement measures to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification

• Hands-on experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban), ideally in roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Manager, or Team Lead

• Strong IT knowledge of technical relationships, system landscapes, and interfaces

• Experience in analyzing, designing, and optimizing IT processes

• Understanding of modern IT architectures, software development, and current technology trends

• Strong communication and coordination skills; structured, independent, solution-oriented work style

• Openness to new technologies, initiative, and readiness for continuous development

• German language skills at least C1
