Description

Create customer-specific software releases in a cross-functional agile team using Scrum/Kanban. Define and maintain base software platforms for current Windows and Linux systems, configure software/drivers across different hardware platforms, and build tools to optimize and automate release and integration processes.

Responsibilities

• Create customer-specific software releases in a cross-functional team
• Define and maintain base software platforms based on current Windows and Linux systems
• Configure company-owned and third-party software and drivers on different hardware platforms
• Develop and use tools to optimize and automate release and integration processes
• Port operating systems/software platforms between hardware and virtualization environments such as Hyper-V and VMware
• Support the further development of stable, scalable system landscapes
• Collaborate with customers, Product Owners, testers, and developers in agile processes (Scrum or Kanban)

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung, Elektrotechniker) or comparable technical qualification
• Experience with agile working methods (Scrum/Kanban)
• Knowledge installing and configuring systems on Windows and Linux
• Good knowledge of PC hardware/software, especially operating systems and MS Office, plus industrial interface standards
• Very good German and English skills and valid EU work authorization
• Teamwork and strong enthusiasm/motivation
• Network planning, installation, and configuration experience is advantageous
