Description

Design high-craft mobile UX/UI for consumer products, primarily native iOS/Android apps (with some web). You will own a real part of a live product end to end—ship, measure, and iterate—typically seeing impact within weeks. Use an AI workflow daily (Claude + Figma MCP) and work within and extend mature design systems.

Responsibilities

• Create polished, high-quality mobile UI for iOS/Android (and occasional web) and ensure clean developer handoff
• Choose the right level of exploration for each task and deliver at product pace
• Take ownership of your part of the product from start to finish and keep clients in the loop proactively
• Apply product practices such as frequent A/B testing, release cadence, and iteration based on measurement
• Use and extend design systems to scale quality across the team
• Communicate clearly and asynchronously, often in writing across time zones

Requirements

• Solid commercial experience with multiple shipped products, including at least one you owned day to day over a longer period
• Strong Figma skills: components, auto-layout, variables, with high attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with native mobile (iOS/Android) patterns and platform guidelines
• Ability to work independently on well-scoped tasks and flag early when something is off track
• Fluent English with strong polish for client communication
