AI Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

Business Discovery & Process Mapping

• Engage with internal departments to shadow daily workflows, uncover operational bottlenecks, and identify processes that can be optimized or automated using AI.

Hosting Collaborative AI Innovation Sessions

• Own weekly internal knowledge-sharing and demo sessions.
• Present market novelties, share use cases, and showcase functional internal AI assistants, such as an automated AI chatbot for HR and vacation-related inquiries.

Maximizing ROI on Premium Tools

• Guide and inspire teams to use commercial enterprise licenses, including Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and RPA, to save time and eliminate repetitive work.

User Support & Change Management

• Mentor and guide employees through the AI transformation, helping them overcome barriers, answering daily questions, and building organizational confidence.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Solid understanding of corporate business processes and strong analytical skills to organize information.
• Outstanding listening skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain, engaging language.
• Active hands-on interest in Generative AI tools; regular use of ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Copilot and knowledge of what makes a great prompt.
• Comfort and confidence speaking in front of an audience, running short workshops, or leading group discussions.
• Excellent self-organization and time-management skills, crucial for a part-time framework.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the Power Platform ecosystem or basic workflow automation concepts, including RPA or UiPath.
• Foundational understanding of data security and compliance regarding LLM usage.
