Description

You will help convert customer needs and product direction into concrete product changes. Initially, you will focus on developing the Optimum software and later expand into other products, especially a Virtual Assistant. The role also includes finding practical AI opportunities and translating selected AI ideas into real features.

Responsibilities

• Discover, analyze, and validate customer needs
• Translate product inputs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage the product backlog and prepare topics for implementation
• Prioritize smaller and medium requests within the roadmap and support decisions for larger topics
• Work closely with the analyst and development team in agile sprints; prepare sprint topics and explain the intent and context of features
• Propose concepts and collaborate on UX/UI design
• Lead routine product meetings, document agreements, and ensure follow-through
• Monitor feature adoption and validate that new capabilities deliver expected value
• Contribute to product training content and its continuity and value for customers
• Track market, competitors, and relevant legislative changes and prepare product impact notes
• Collaborate with marketing and sales for launches, messaging, and customer materials
• Coordinate changes across additional products and services
• Identify meaningful AI use cases for products and internal processes; help define scenarios and convert them into features with development
• Partner with the Product Manager on portfolio strategy and decisions; you drive preparation, coordination, delivery, and result verification

Requirements

• Ability to ask follow-up questions and identify the real underlying problem
• Ability to break down complex topics into clear steps and deliver to completion
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with information, feedback, and basic data
• Ability to clearly argue, defend the value of proposals, and reach agreement among viewpoints
• Clear communication with customers, developers, and team colleagues
• Strong organization and ownership: manage work, track agreements, and take responsibility for your area
• Interest in digital product development, automation, and practical AI
• Ability to work with backlog, priorities, and multiple parallel topics
• Willingness to learn the expert insolvency environment (insolvency domain)
• Years as Product Owner are not required; relevant experience in analysis, project coordination, implementation, or customer requirements is acceptable
