Description

You will handle both rental management and acquisition support for client properties. For rentals, you prepare marketing listings, assess tenant-fit, and drive transactions through to signature. For acquisitions, you coordinate with developers and clients, track payment/financing deadlines, and ensure apartments are furnished to the established standard.

Responsibilities

  • Rental management: create and optimize rental listings, evaluate potential tenants, and complete lease transactions to signature

  • Acquisition support: organize and administer acquisition processes; communicate with developers and clients

  • Manage timelines for payments and financing

  • Coordinate furnishing and execution to meet the client/company standard (including working with suppliers)

  • Maintain a clear overview of all purchases

Requirements

  • Precise, detail-oriented working style

  • Strong aesthetic sense

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Ability to take ownership of responsibilities

  • Ideally related experience in finance or real estate (or close proximity)

  • Preferred education in law, economics, management, or construction (university degree is a plus)

  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality

  • Start in the office initially; later hybrid is possible

Selection Process (3 rounds)

  • Application: submit a CV and one document including two best and one worst rental listing from Brno, with your reasoning (entry ticket to an online call)

  • Round 1: 15-minute online call with the co-owners

  • Round 2: real-unit task + budget (150,000 CZK) to plan a modern kitchen in the rental standard, send a client email, followed by an in-person meeting (30–60 minutes)

  • Round 3: empty apartment task—prepare a top rental listing within 24 hours; choose the final candidate; all round-3 finalists receive 1,000 CZK cash
