Role: Junior Product Packaging Coordinator (Apple accessories)

Description

You’ll support product marketing and the brand team by preparing precise packaging and print specifications for graphics and production. The job has a tangible impact on store shelves, and you’ll be responsible for sending the correct artwork materials to both graphic production and manufacturing on time. You’ll coordinate multiple products in different stages, review final proposals, and ensure consistency in content and visual style.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new products for clients (Private & Co-brand Labels)
• Manage product lines: Covers, Glass, and Accessories across the Epico portfolio and related brands (Spello, UNUM)
• Prepare products for launches of new iPhones
• Coordinate with purchasing on specifications and requirements
• Time and track multiple products prepared in parallel
• Manage packaging printing workflows (priorities, artwork requests, logo placement, mandatory icons/specifications, output checks, and informing downstream teams)
• Create and prepare packaging materials (content inputs via Excel, possible updates to existing packaging, icons, documentation, specifications)
• Coordinate with the printer regarding die-cuts/cuts for packaging
• Send tasks to designers and oversee final artwork/data preparation
• Encode packaging in the internal system (K2) and perform daily product administration (K2 training provided)

• Meticulousness and strong sense of detail
• Ability to plan work, deliver on time (with buffer for revisions), and prioritize effectively
• Flexibility to handle unexpected situations and changes
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams
• Interest in products and the visual/esthetic side of packaging
• Willingness to learn new things
• Prior experience is not required
