Description

You will support indirect procurement processes by administering the PEP order management system—from data and catalog management to end-user support and communication with international support.

This includes ensuring order compliance, maintaining master data and catalogs, handling user inquiries via the ALVAO Helpdesk, and communicating with PEP Support primarily in English.

You will also prepare regular reports on data and PEP system performance and resolve simple business cases.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify orders according to internal guidelines
• Support colleagues via HELPDESK ALVAO: answer questions and handle requests
• Ensure correctness and currency of master data in the internal ERP and PEP system
• Manage internal and external catalogs in PEP
• Keep the user manual aligned with current processes
• Resolve simple business cases
• Communicate with PEP Support (primarily in English)
• Prepare recurring reports related to data and PEP system operation
• Collaborate proactively with internal teams and external partners

Requirements

• Very good MS Office knowledge
• Active English knowledge for communication with international support (spoken and written)
• Meticulousness and strong attention to detail
• Responsible approach to data work
• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues
• Good organizational skills
