Description

Support day-to-day accounting operations, including invoice and document processing, bank payment matching, and assistance with month-end and year-end closings. Work with accounting systems (Odoo and ABRA), prepare reconciliations, resolve unmatched payments and missing documents, and communicate with customers and suppliers. Contribute to process improvements and automation of accounting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process received and issued invoices, credit notes, and other accounting documents

• Match and verify bank payments against invoices and orders

• Resolve unmatched payments, missing documents, and other discrepancies

• Process supplier invoices (including foreign invoices) and advances

• Review receivables and payables and prepare inputs for payments

• Issue invoices and credit notes, including B2B billing

• Check correctness of accounting and billing details on documents

• Prepare simpler reconciliations and supporting materials for monthly closing

• Assist with monthly and annual closings; gradually take part in closing operations

• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding invoicing, payments, and missing documents

• Work in Odoo and ABRA and help ensure correct flow of accounting data

• Support continuous improvement and automation of accounting processes

Requirements

• Basic practical accounting experience; ideally at least 2 years as a Junior Accountant

• Basic knowledge of VAT (DPH)

• Experience processing accounting documents, invoices, and bank transactions

• Basic understanding of receivables and payables and their accounting

• Excel or Google Sheets at a good user level

• Meticulous, systematic, and focused on correctness

• Independent, responsible, and willing to learn and ask questions

• Interest in further developing accounting skills and taking on more complex tasks

• Enjoys modern technologies and working with ERP systems and automation

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG is an advantage
