Print and Event Production Specialist

Mid • On-site

540,000 - 720,000 CZK/yr

Prague, Czech Republic

Quick Facts

  • Role: Print and Event Production Specialist (print materials, B2B partner packs, events)

  • Based in: Prague (Vinohrady)

  • Reporting to: Marketing Manager, close to CMO and owners

  • Salary: 45,000–60,000 CZK per month (based on experience)

Description

You will own production for print materials and co-branded partner packages—from POS and inserts to inventory, reprints, and shipping coordination. You will also produce partner and trade-show events, covering stands, branding, samples/merch, logistics, schedules, checklists, and post-event inventory. The role starts from the brief: advise what works in print and propose improved formats and mechanics.

Responsibilities

  • Produce sales print collateral: flyers, POS materials, posters, price labels, stand-ups, shelf visuals

  • Prepare/coordinate presentation and product sheets for vets, breeders, and store partners

  • Manage wraps/decals for cars, shop windows, and store interiors (artwork setup for print vendors + installation coordination)

  • Support B2B partner programs: onboarding packs for new partners, co-branded materials, partner merch within the brand manual

  • Produce partner events (talks, store days, club/breeder events, workshops) with similar production standards, but smaller and more frequent

  • Track what’s in the system: stock status, what must be reprinted, and partner impact using program codes/QRs

  • Insert materials into shipments (flyers, thank-you cards, sample cards, offers)

  • Coordinate with warehouse and expedition/shipping so items are available and inserted correctly; monitor stock and place reprint orders on time

  • Measure performance: each insert has a code tied to outcomes/revenue

  • Trade-show production: stand/furniture, branding, merch, samples, consumables; handle ordering, transport, warehouse, installation/dismantling, checklists, and timelines

  • Communicate with venues/organizers: applications, technical submissions, graphic deadlines, vehicle/entry logistics

  • Post-event tasks: materials inventory, counting returned cards, and preparing inputs for evaluation

  • Suggest solutions: recommend print formats/mechanics (e.g., foldouts, different paper types, magnets, seed cards) and source new ideas from suppliers

  • Adapt existing visuals to additional formats and make minor adjustments

  • Advise on how the event booth should work and what visitors should take away

  • Coordinate design handoff: give print specs (format, technical card, deadline) to designers and receive print data

  • Select printers, compare quotes, check print proofs and delivery quality

  • Track production budget and invoicing inputs

  • Maintain a library of print data/templates and print samples/musters

  • Before printing, test QR codes and promo/discount codes

Benefits

  • 45,000–60,000 CZK/month depending on experience

  • A role you can shape: newly created, with room to set your own process

  • Opportunity to propose ideas and see them manufactured quickly (often within a week)

  • Working for a quality brand

  • Fast-growing business with daily decision-making

  • Dog-friendly office—bring your dog

  • Office refreshments (fruit, coffee, Haribo, nuts; fridge always stocked with Colа)

  • Office in Vinohrady, minutes from Náměstí Míru and I. P. Pavlova metro
