• Role: Junior LiveOps Product Specialist (Hybrid: 3 days/week in the Wrocław office, 2 days/week remote)

Description

You will design and manage engaging in-game events and activities, improving the event formula based on collected data. The role focuses on optimizing live ops strategy and monetization by analyzing KPIs such as conversion, retention, churn, and customer lifetime value, and by defining monthly promotion plans to maximize virtual goods revenue. You’ll collaborate with internal engineering teams to implement new promotion formats and monetization tools while monitoring competitors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and design challenging, satisfying player events and activities
• Develop and improve the current in-game event formula using data
• Define new goals to improve live ops strategy and scheduled in-game events
• Create efficient methods of monetization and revenue optimization
• Define monthly sales strategy and promotion plans to maximize virtual goods revenue
• Analyze game metrics to identify opportunities to optimize performance (conversion, retention, churn, customer lifetime value)
• Collaborate with engineering to design promotion formats and improve monetization tools while safeguarding the game economy
• Analyze the game industry and market; monitor competitors

Requirements

• 1+ years of working experience, preferably in the online industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High initiative and result orientation; ability to work independently with ownership
• Good management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks
• Gaming industry knowledge (MMOs and other online games) is beneficial
• Passion for a performance-driven environment with growth opportunities
• Precision and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Google Sheets formulas, Git, and Jira knowledge is beneficial
• Very good command of English and Polish
