Description

You will design, deploy, and operate Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) / MDM solutions for enterprise customers—from needs analysis and architecture to production operations (e.g., Samsung Knox, MobileIron/Ivanti). You will handle enterprise-level endpoint security and device management for Android, iOS, and Windows, while collaborating directly with customers to deliver the right solution.

Responsibilities

• Propose and implement EMM/MDM solutions for corporate customers end-to-end (analysis, architecture, rollout to production)

• Communicate with customers: present and advise on the best-fit solution and drive projects to completion

• Address security challenges: manage and protect enterprise endpoints across Android, iOS, and Windows

Requirements

• At least 2 years of IT experience in MDM/EMM, systems administration, or network security

• Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS

• Basic networking knowledge: routing, switching, and security principles

• Fluency in Czech and English for communication with customers and international colleagues

• Proactive mindset and perseverance in troubleshooting

• Advantage (not required): experience with an EMM/MDM platform such as MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or VMware Workspace ONE
