Description

Lead DevOps efforts for mobile CI/CD across Android and iOS by automating build, release, and deployment workflows.

Own pipeline automation with Bitrise, Fastlane, and GitHub, manage app releases through Google Play Console and TestFlight/App Connect, and ensure production visibility with Datadog.

Drive continuous performance improvements, troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline issues, and maintain digital security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitrise and GitHub
• Implement and manage release processes for Android (Google Play Console) and iOS (TestFlight and App Connect)
• Automate build and release using Fastlane to streamline deployment and testing
• Integrate and maintain Datadog for application monitoring
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and tests into automated pipelines
• Monitor live app performance and optimize using feedback from Datadog and other monitoring tools
• Ensure compliance with digital security protocols during build and release
• Document the CI/CD process and keep practices and tools up to date
• Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD pipeline issues to reduce downtime and improve deployment efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of DevOps experience
• Experience with mobile application deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines for Android and iOS
• Experience with releases for Android and iOS (Google Play Console, TestFlight, App Connect)
• Experience with Bitrise and Fastlane
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Knowledge of Cloud-Native AI and Generative AI services
• Working knowledge of AI architecture patterns (RAG, agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, tool/function calling, grounding, prompt management, evaluation, responsible AI)
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
