Description

You will help deliver a modern and secure digital workplace by managing device configuration, software deployment, and endpoint management across the organization. The role focuses on a seamless end-user experience, maintaining compliance standards, and improving workplace services through automation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune for enterprise-wide software distribution, patch management, device configuration, and Windows Autopilot
• Manage and support Windows and Android devices using Intune configuration profiles and policies
• Configure, monitor, and optimize endpoint management solutions to ensure secure, reliable workplace environment
• Collaborate with security teams to maintain compliance with patching requirements and device configuration standards
• Provide Tier 2 support for Intune-related incidents, requests, and operational issues
• Troubleshoot endpoint management and device configuration issues across supported platforms
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives for workplace environment

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management
• Experience configuring and supporting Windows and Android devices in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory Group Policy management
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and task automation
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and their impact on endpoint services
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with effective issue resolution
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining high service delivery standards
