Description

Drive the end-to-end strategy, management, and delivery of enterprise end-user technologies to create a cohesive global end-user experience. Lead large-scale transformations across SOE/OS, mobile, and VDI/Citrix solutions while setting technical direction and ensuring security, automation, and operational excellence. Foster high-performing teams and use metrics-driven innovation, including GenAI and automation, to improve productivity and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute holistic technology strategies and roadmaps aligned to business objectives

  • Partner with executive leadership, security, and cross-functional teams to set priorities and implementation timelines

  • Evaluate, pilot, and deploy modern endpoint management, mobile platforms, and virtual workspace solutions

  • Oversee transformation programs for SOE, OS, mobile, and VDI integration and adoption

  • Serve as a subject matter expert across physical devices, OS/SOE, enterprise mobility management (EMM), Citrix/VDI, and endpoint security

  • Set technical direction for architecture, engineering, and enterprise-wide delivery

  • Drive industry best practices for security, automation, performance, and user-centric design

  • Ensure change management and compliance with information security standards

  • Inspire and mentor global endpoint, mobility, and VDI teams; establish OKRs and continuous improvement

  • Monitor and evaluate performance and coach for growth

  • Modernize operations and enhance user experience with metrics-driven management

  • Lead cross-functional projects, managing vendor relationships and strategic partnerships

  • Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery for all client technologies

Requirements

  • 12+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 9+ years with an advanced degree, or 6+ years with a PhD, or 15+ years relevant experience

  • Preferred: 15+ years with a Bachelor’s degree or 12+ years with an advanced degree; PhD with 9+ years

  • Proven track record leading large global teams (5,000+ employees)

  • Deep technical expertise in SOE/OS management, endpoint engineering, MDM/EMM, Citrix/VDI, and virtual desktops

  • Demonstrated ability to architect, deploy, and manage enterprise-scale client engineering solutions

  • Experience with ITIL, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and ServiceNow ITSM

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-service orientation

  • Ability to communicate and present technology strategy to diverse audiences

  • Travel 5–10% of the time; at least 3 days in office (per hiring manager expectations)
