The role blends brand and performance marketing: you will work with a performance agency, track KPIs (revenue, traffic, conversion rate, and more), and use insights to drive optimization. You’ll also support influencer and PR collaborations, local content, and evaluate marketplace channels for growth.

  • Define local tone of voice, terminology, and communication guidelines for consistent brand expression in Poland

  • Coordinate localization of website, product texts, campaigns, email, and other customer-facing materials (ensure quality and market fit)

  • Prepare and localize brand and performance marketing campaigns

  • Collaborate with a performance agency; analyze results and propose optimizations

  • Track Polish market KPIs including revenue, traffic, and conversion rate; regularly review trends

  • Work with data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities

  • Build relationships with Polish influencers and coordinate early collaborations

  • Identify opportunities for local PR, media, and brand partnerships

  • Support creation and localization of photo/video and other local content

  • Monitor marketplaces and evaluate their potential (including Allegro)

  • Track trends in the Polish online environment and bring local inspiration and insights to the team

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce, D2C, or a consumer brand

  • Polish at native or very advanced level

  • Czech, Slovak, or English for communication

  • Strong understanding of Polish language, culture, and brand communication with a strategic approach to localization

  • Experience across multiple marketing areas (brand + performance + social/content/influencer)

  • Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals with familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads

  • Data-driven mindset: evaluate campaigns and interpret results in the context of revenue and business KPIs

  • Understanding of the Polish market, customers, media, influencers, and digital trends

  • Ability to set up processes and rules that scale with growing content and external partner involvement

  • Independent, proactive, and able to manage priorities and deliver projects end-to-end

Benefits

  • Opportunity to influence how the brand enters and grows in Poland

  • Broad marketing scope across brand, localization, content, influencers, performance, e-commerce, and data

  • Work in an internal marketing team with specialists across performance, e-commerce, and creative

  • Room for own ideas, autonomy, and professional growth

  • Creative, informal environment without unnecessary corporate processes

  • Fair compensation aligned with experience

  • Discounts on products
