Description

You will be the main point of contact for existing partners, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term collaboration. You’ll monitor partner activity, resolve issues early, work in a CRM, and share partner feedback with the team. You’ll also collaborate with the sales team to keep partners engaged as you gradually take on more responsibility.

Requirements

• Final-year university student or recently graduated

• Excellent communication in at least one of: Czech, Slovak, Hungarian (additional languages are a plus)

• Enjoy working with people and can confidently use the phone

• Empathy and ability to build strong relationships

• Independent working style and follow-through
