Description

Own the full customer lifecycle for small- and mid-sized accounts (under 300 seats) across Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Google Cloud, and AWS, and support renewals across the entire customer base. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities using usage and billing data, handle inbound tickets within SLA, and prepare deal paperwork with colleagues. Work directly with Google and AWS on resell for your book, translating complex licensing and pricing policies into clear guidance for customers and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of small- and mid-account customers across service lines

• Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities from usage and billing data

• Act as primary point of contact and handle inbound tickets within SLA

• Prepare deal details and paperwork with support from colleagues

• Support end-to-end renewals, flagging risks and growth opportunities ahead of renewal dates

• Partner with internal stakeholders on renewals for larger customers (pricing, paperwork, vendor-policy support)

• Work with Google and AWS on resell (pricing, incentives, registration, approvals)

• Convert vendor licensing/pricing policy into clear customer guidance

• Keep renewal, pricing, and account data accurate in CRM and billing systems
