Description

You will look after clients and ensure the studio’s services continue to meet their needs and goals. The role includes coordinating day-to-day project communication, supporting designers, collecting regular client feedback, and driving improvements in how services are sold and delivered. You can work remote or from the Prague office (Hanspaulka), with necessary trips since clients are primarily based in Prague.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain oversight of all projects for your clients
  • Understand client business goals and identify where design can help
  • Communicate clearly with clients and designers, including when issues arise
  • Monitor project finances, reporting, and invoicing
  • Ensure long-term utilization of designers and increasing collaboration volume
  • Build and maintain client relationships; expand networks within client companies
  • Collect regular client feedback
  • Propose ideas to improve the sales process
  • Act as a support partner for designers during complex situations

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, customer success, or sales
  • Ability to track project status across clients
  • Business-oriented thinking about how design drives value
  • Excellent communication and issue resolution mindset
  • Responsibility for project financial tracking, reporting, and invoicing
  • Ability to sustain long-term capacity/utilization and grow collaboration
  • Strong relationship-building and regular feedback collection
  • Ability to generate process and sales improvement ideas
