Description

You will join a small sales team as a partner for existing customers and a driver of new business.

You will care for your own client portfolio from day one, handle inbound requests from marketing, expand the portfolio through LinkedIn, events, cold calls, and networking, and create tailored offers (from HR gift bundles to full merchandising stores).

You’ll also close deals with mid-sized and large companies and work on cross-sell and up-sell while collaborating with purchasing and design support.

Requirements

• Experience negotiating with mid-level and senior management

• Perfect communication skills and a representative approach

• High internal motivation and willingness to improve continuously

• Business and creative thinking; ability to listen and propose solutions

• Excellent Czech and English (minimum B2)
