Description

You will lead and develop the HR function, setting priorities and building the processes, tools, and rules that allow growth without losing the company’s identity. The role covers recruitment and employer branding, end-to-end employee lifecycle management, partnership with management on workforce planning and performance, and HR operations driven by data and budget. As the organization expands internationally, you’ll help align HR practices across countries while adapting to local needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the HR team; develop team members’ skills and agendas
  • Define and implement HR strategy with management; set priorities and roadmap
  • Build long-term recruitment processes and employer branding; create A-player hiring pipelines
  • Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, development, compensation, and offboarding
  • Partner with management on organizational changes, workforce planning, performance and development, KPI setting, and conflict situations
  • Shape culture, values, and leadership to preserve the company’s “DNA” while scaling
  • Support international HR as new markets and teams are added; harmonize with local specifics
  • Use HR data, metrics, and reporting to inform decisions; manage HR budget and operations

Requirements

  • Strong HR experience (HR Manager/Head of HR or senior HR Business Partner ready to take full ownership)
  • Understand the full employee lifecycle
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution
  • Business acumen and ability to speak the language of management
  • Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee development/training, and compensation
  • Comfort with difficult conversations and accountability for decisions
  • Ability to take responsibility and drive initiatives to completion
  • Experience building HR processes from the ground up
  • Knowledge of labor law
  • Ability to work with HR data and metrics
  • English required; German is a big advantage
