Description

You’ll work on real customer projects building and improving no-code solutions for extracting text, data, and metadata from documents (via OCR/ICR/OMR) and routing it into systems such as DMS, CRM, and records management services. Programming is not required; the role emphasizes technical thinking, learning the platform, and taking ownership of your projects. You’ll also support existing solutions and resolve customer requests in Jira Helpdesk.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage your customer projects

• Maintain, develop, and improve solutions

• Participate in customer meetings with a sales partner and help propose technical solutions

• Handle requests and tickets in Jira Helpdesk

• Gradually take on your own customers and projects

• Learn the platform and the full delivery process end-to-end

Requirements

• At least 3 years of IT experience

• Interest in understanding how software works

• Independence and responsibility

• Ability to communicate with customers and team members

• English at a level where you can work with technical documentation

• Willingness to learn new technologies
