Practice Manager - Low Code & Automation

Our current team is made up of 5 experienced consultants and developers for WEBCON and Power Platform, efficiently handling a growing project pipeline. We’re seeing increasing demand for low-code solutions, which is why we’re planning to expand the team and steadily build our skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a business line from the WEBCON and Power Platform teams with a cohesive, complementary offering and delivery standards for solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years in low-code, workflow, or BPM, including 2–3 years as a team leader.
• Experience working for a consulting company or software house.
• Experience managing a team of 5–10 people.
• Documented work in at least one additional tool: WEBCON, UiPath, or Power Platform; knowledge sufficient to verify estimates and others’ solutions.
• Architecture-level understanding of integrations: REST API, connectors, M365/SharePoint, and ERP systems such as SAP and Dynamics.
• Experience defining the boundary between low-code and high-code solutions and justifying the approach.
• Understanding of design topics: environments, standards, documentation, and handover for maintenance.
• Ability to conduct initial business meetings and perform at least basic process mapping using BPMN.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Communicative Polish and English.
• Process mining experience.
• Experience defining project scope, preparing estimates, defending pricing, and participating in RFPs.
