Description

You will implement data pipelines for ingestion and processing and develop container-based analytics platforms with efficient CI/CD. You will translate project-based business requirements into analytics services on AWS, Azure, GCP, or established on-prem Big Data technologies. You’ll also use AI tools confidently, evaluate results critically, and continuously grow your cloud and software engineering expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Implement data pipelines, data ingest, and data processing
  • Develop container-based analytics platforms and efficient CI/CD pipelines
  • Implement business requirements using analytics services from AWS, Azure, GCP or on-prem Big Data technologies
  • Continuously upskill in cloud and software engineering technologies to advise customers effectively

Requirements

  • Completed degree (or comparable education)
  • At least 3 years of experience with AWS/Azure/GCP analytics ecosystem or Hadoop/Kafka Big Data ecosystem
  • Development expertise in Java, Scala, or Python
  • First experience with build tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Maven, sbt, Git, Gradle)
  • Ability to classify cloud strategies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)
  • Very good German and good English
  • Confident use of AI tools in the technical domain with critical evaluation of results
