Description

You will ensure smooth and stable operation of the IT infrastructure, especially servers and networks. The position includes responsibility for data security and the availability of systems and data, as well as support at 2nd- and 3rd-level. You’ll provide deep expertise in at least two of the following areas: VMware, Veeam, Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange, or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable, stable operation of the IT infrastructure (servers and networks)

• Provide expertise in at least two: VMware, Veeam, Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange, PowerShell

• Take responsibility for data security and for system and data availability

• Support 2nd- and 3rd-level operations

Requirements

• Longstanding experience in systems administration of complex environments

• Expertise in virtualization, backup strategies, and network security

• Solid IT knowledge and strong interest in complex IT infrastructure

• Structured, process-oriented mindset

• Solution-oriented approach and enjoyment of technical leadership in projects

• Very good German skills in speech and writing
