Summary

Business Analyst role supporting the Financial IT team in enhancing software development, with particular emphasis on AI, and advising on sales processes. The role requires flexibility for occasional travel and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Support as a Business Analyst.
• Collaborate with the Financial IT team on the further development of software, including AI-related areas.
• Advise on releases and associated processes, especially sales processes.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of banking or FinTech, including client advisory or sales experience from a banking consultancy background; specify the main focus if applicable.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Fluency in German as the project language.

Nice to Have

• Initial experience or knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Additional experience with software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
