Description

Lead engineering design, analysis, and evaluation activities to support product development and business objectives. Apply mechanical and electrical engineering principles to develop innovative solutions, drive engineering excellence, and deliver technical findings through cross-functional collaboration. Coordinate multiple projects, support continuous improvement, and align engineering work with business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Execute design, analysis, and evaluation of assigned projects while meeting engineering standards, business practices, and product requirements

  • Apply mechanical and/or electrical engineering principles to support product development, performance improvement, and technology advancement

  • Develop new engineering solutions independently (or with guidance/collaboration)

  • Work with business leadership to understand requirements and align engineering solutions with business objectives

  • Define project needs, communicate engineering approaches, and present technical findings and research outcomes

  • Deliver products and technical solutions through participation in cross-functional teams

  • Lead analytical and design activities using established methodologies, proven technologies, and engineering best practices

  • Support continuous improvement to enhance product quality, reliability, manufacturability, and operational performance

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, manufacturing, and commercial teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of engineering/technology experience)

  • Minimum 3 additional years of experience in mechanical components and engineering-related activities

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams

  • Experience leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact

  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously

  • Effective problem identification and solution development skills

  • Proven analytical and organizational abilities

  • Current work authorization in the country of employment (no sponsorship)
