Description

Lead graphic design direction across Energy, creating original concepts and scalable visual systems for footwear, apparel, and accessories. Translate creative vision and cultural insights into product graphics from early concept through product-ready execution, guiding cross-category initiatives and shaping the visual language across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Create and drive original graphic concepts across footwear, apparel, and accessories

  • Build visual systems using brand marks, typography, composition, illustration, print/pattern, color theory, and image-making

  • Translate creative direction and cultural insights into production-ready product ideas

  • Lead cross-category initiatives across internal teams while developing visual language for the product portfolio

  • Present concepts to creative and cross-functional partners, incorporate feedback, and protect the integrity of the idea

  • Navigate ambiguity across creative vision, consumer expectations, and complex cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Professional experience creating and directing graphic concepts for footwear, apparel, accessories, or related consumer products

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or suitable combination of education, experience, and training)

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign; strong illustration and image-making capabilities

  • Expertise in color theory, visual culture, storytelling, and presentation development

  • Proven ability to organize complex work, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines

  • Provides thought leadership within own discipline as a subject matter expert

  • Proactively observes trends and patterns across consumer culture and emerging subcultures

  • Develops and implements initiatives aligned to the organization vision; participates in role-specific research
